The glans penis is the most sensitive part of the male body. Almost as sensitive as the female's clitoris. Basically they are the same body part. Boy fetuses' testicles produce testosterone during pregnancy which makes the clitoris to develope to a penis. In the beginning all embryos and fetuses are externally girls. So the clitoris is very similar to the glans penis but smaller and without the urethra.

Usually when we talk about the penis we are interested in how long it is, maybe sometimes how thick it is. But we are not measuring and talking about our glans penises although it's the most essential part of the penis. Without it the penis would be just a shaft and sexually mostly useless. If I like to show my penis to someone, it's the glans penis that is the most important part in it. And the most intimate part. Although it doesn't matter after all how big your glans penis is or what it looks like but still it matters if it's big or not, just like the length of the penis is an interesting detail. For example in the intercourse the size of the glans penis may be more important factor than the length of the penis.
There are plenty of scientific studies that establish the length and circumference of an average penis but what is the average size of a glans penis? That's a tough question. There probably isn't much factual knowledge in this matter. I found one study where the average width and length of the erect glans penis in chinese men were both 3.4 cm.
But I'll talk about my own glans penis. I'm quite certain that it's not small but is it normal, large or huge for a western male? I can't tell but I've got several feedbacks that it's rather big than small. But this is based on only personal observations. You'll see here only images of my erect glans penis. There would be not much to see when it has shrunk to its smallest size. Well, here is one but it's not in its smallest state.
My size
My erect glans penis, when applied some pressure to it, is 5 cm or slightly over in length (2 inches) and 4.3 cm wide (1.7 inches). Its volume is approximately 50 milliliters and corresponds to a medium-sized chicken egg. I could sometime measure it exactly by immersing it to a tube filled with water to the brim and weighing how much it displaces water.

How to get it bigger
The glans penis is quite expandable. With exercise it's relatively easy to gain slightly it's size. But without regular exercises its size will normalize rather soon.
It's easiest to do this when the penis is semi-erect. Squeeze
the penis tightly and force the blood upwards to the glans
penis so that it becomes hard. Hold the pressure for a few
minutes in all, it doesn't matter how many times the penis is
squeezed. This shouldn't be painful, only minor discomfort
should occur.
The scientists have found that there is a reason to the shape of the glans penis. It slides well in the vagina but it also pumps out the semen of the rivals so that the chances to inseminate are better (evolutionary thing). This is possible due to the corona of the glans penis.
Although I'm a straight guy I like the aestheticity of the male genitalia. But when I look at my glans penis it doesn't look very pretty at first glance. It's quite ugly, actually. But if I look it closer, I can find peculiar but intriguing round and smooth shapes. I like its distictive color too. Its smooth surface, which is very slippery with a lubricant, is unique.

DeleteYou are so lucky in that you have an uncircumcised penis. The glans of an uncircumcised penis is so beautiful and smooth. I am circumcised and the glans of my penis has a very rough skin texture.

DeleteActually, I am uncut but always wish I'd been cut over the years. Not knocking the uncut, I've really developed an appreciation for their beauty. But as an older man with prostate issues and some light urine leaking, the stuff gets behind the foreskin, and no matter how you try to clean it, irritation and some instances of infection have started. I fear one day being unable to care for myself and be placed in a nursing home and my hygiene ignored. Having to live with that would be hell on earth.
