Testicles are pain sensitive organs but when rubbed or squeezed moderately they can produce wonderful sensations. They may be not sexually sensitive enough to achieve an orgasm by stimulating them only but I've been very close to it and have needed only very little penile stimulation. Few years ago I was sitting opposite to my female (platonic) friend of my age. I noticed that she kept looking at my crotch several time, I wondered why she was so interested to see that area.
